DMCA Notices

To submit a notice of infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), you will need to comply with the following procedures:


Notices of infringement must be sent via email to legal@unitecustom.com and each notice must include all of the following information:

1 - Identification of the work in which the copyrights are allegedly infringed

2 - Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material on the Unite Custom website,

3 - The name, address, telephone number, and email address of the copyright owner

4 - A statement by the notifier that the notifier has a good faith belief material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

5 - A statement that the notice is accurate and under penalty of perjury the notifier is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner

6 - A signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Electronic signatures are accepted.



If you believe that your content or other material was removed/disabled because of a misidentification or mistake, including a good faith belief that the content or other material does not infringe the notifier’s rights, you can send a counter notice via email to legal@unitecustom.com. It must include all of the following:

1 - Identification and location of the work that is the subject of the infringement allegations

2 - A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have good faith belief that the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification including because the allegations were without merit

3 - Your name, email address, address, and telephone number

4 - A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom Court for the judicial district in which you are located, or if your address is located outside the United Kingdom, for any judicial district in which Unite Custom is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person

5 - Your signature that can be provided electronically
